How can I get a quote for an order?

You can generate professional quotes with your companies logo through our online ordering system, SBC Live, or submit a quote lead through SBC Select. Both links are located in the header of our website.

How can I check on the status or ETA of an order?

You can check on the status of an order by messaging our Shuster’s Live Chat! Please allow us time for a response. Accurate delivery dates can only be given once confirmed with shipping & production.

How do I request service on a door unit I purchased from Shuster’s?

You can submit a service request form to us through our website and we will reach out to you. Go to the “Contact” tab and then click “Service Request”.
