What door units can I get pre-finished?

All exterior fiberglass door units on composite frames. No interior products except trims for exterior doors.

May I return door units after they are delivered to my location?

Some products are returnable within guidelines with return handling restock charges. Very few are returnable due to the majority of units being tailor made to the customers custom specifications. Call 1-800-735-9899 for more info.

What are the warranties on all of your products?

Warranties range from 1 year to lifetime and vary between product categories. Go to the “Resources” tab on our website and click “Warranties”. You can then select which product you would like to see the warranty information for.

What types of questions can the Shuster’s Live Chat answer?

The Shuster’s Live Chat can provide the same answers you typically ask sales representatives, but much faster. It is best for general inquiries.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Excluding holidays.

Where can I view all of Shuster’s inventory?

Go to the “Resources” tab on our website and click “Catalogs”. All of our inventory can be viewed inside all of the literature posted.

Do you sell to the general public?

We do not sell to the general public. If you are a homeowner or contractor you must go through a local lumber yard to purchase our products. Submit a “How To Buy” form to us for more information.

What are your lead times?

Our typical lead time is a week and a half to 2 weeks from the moment an order is placed. If the unit you ordered is getting pre-finished by us, the lead time is usually a month.
